Jointly written with Pseudosoldier.

Would you classify the following drinks as masculine, feminine, both or neither:

Beer (Be it MGD, Killian's, Shiner Bock, or what have you.... = obviously masculine
Black Russian = Masculine but academic
Cape Cod = Feminine all the way yet tasty!
Screwdriver = Feminine!
Vodka, straight = Masculine, must be drunk while singing the old soviet national anthem (the new Russian one has no panache)
White Russian = Very feminine
Wine = Neither but definately effete or academic

The questions were posed by Pseudosoldier and answered by me so all blame is mine and all credit is his.

Wait... 7 or 8 other people had shots off that bottle. NFI.
That doesn't really say anything about "too much tequila" to me.

Arr.

depends on the wine...

Mad Dog = masculine

Dom Perrignon = feminine.

Apply "Gideon's rule" here: The more expensive it is, the greater the likelihood it's feminine.

Hey! That used to be my beverage of choice in high school . . . cheap and drunkening.

I think that proves Gideon's point. It doesn't mean that you are masculine, Wahine, just that you suffered from masculine tastes (cheap and drunkening). Of course, since then you've moved on to more feminine pursuits, vanilla twist vodka.

Yeah, which means the remaining 8-10 shots went down my throat...ick, I shudder just thinking about it right now.

But it's box wine, Franzia, and the cheese is actually the cheapest pateurized process cheese food individually wrapped "American" single slices I could find at the Comissary (Cooper, incidentally).

nononono....box wine is NEVER effete...I refer you back to Gideon's rule.

Late entrants:

One I neglected to mention from the time of the original posting: Bacardi and dnL.
One that a n00b just told me about (he's where I was when this all came up): Strawberry Fanta and Seagram's.

Strawberry Fanta and Seagram's

about 3am on a long-ago september morning, i was suddenly hit with a toothache so bad (rear molar) that i can just about still feel it today. as i just about gag everytime i see the words 'fanta' or 'southern comfort' which were, to my serious misfortune, the only ingredients available with which to concoct medicine.

actually there may have been some rubbing alcohol. a much more thorough search was definitely warranted.
