Abbas (the new head of the PLO) nearly got his ass whacked by the Not-so-silent majority of Palestinian gunmen when he decied to pay his "respects" to guy who was gracious enough to kick off so he could have his turn swindling cash out of France while his people live in slums. According to witnesses, the clashes erupted shortly after Abbas entered the tent Sunday afternoon to pay condolences.

A fire exchange erupted when Abbas' bodyguards interfered to stop the militants.
Two Palestinian security officers were killed in the armed clashes and four others were injured.
Or not. I am not sure which is more amusing to me, the thought that 30 gunmen with Kalishnikovs couldn't shoot well enough to hit one guy or that gunmen overcome with emotion accidentally killed two guards?
