not that they didn't try

So, today I was asked if it was fear of reprisal that had stopped me from blogging as of late. The answer to that is an unequivocal no. The main reason I have been gone was a lack of motivation followed closely by a lack of time. Compounding all of this was reluctance to continue banging my head against the rough walls of paralogia.

It was extremely difficult for me to go to work everyday and see the prima fascia evidence that terrorists would offer up to the US Government and then to come online and have people who know nothing (and can’t even be bothered to take the time to Google) say that these things were not so. They would themselves deny the words of the terrorists themselves! After several months of fighting only with open-source research I got tired of holding back and instead decided to simply take a hiatus.

Does this mean I will stop political blogging? Not a chance. I just needed a bit of time to step back and relax. The loons can’t help it that they don’t see the info I see…. They could bother to do the unclassified research though *wink*.

So pale, unrested, but always ready…Finally…. Greywar has come back to JoeUser! (note should be read with The Rock’s delivery while imagining a tubby white guy saying it for full comedic effect)

What will I discuss first? The campaign? Rathergate? The liberal dickless wonder who likes to make 3 yr old girls cry? Cat rectum?

Wrong… I want to talk about something totally unrelated to all of that. Right here.

Good to see you posting again, brother. Keep up the good work (in real life) and never let them get you down (in real life and here). Remember - "Joke 'em if they can't take a f#(K!"

Thanks for intro to Salmon Rushdie...I had never heard of him before.. Interesting info about him in Google. Paralogia? Are you sure that is a word or did you just create a new one from para + logia? Couldn't find it in all my dictionaries. I get the gist of it, nevertheless. Keep writing!

Paralogia is something I picked up from Harlan Ellison... and he didn't make it up either. It is a psychological term, he used to describe an interview with a killer he had conducted wherein the killer was asked the question "Did you kick that man to death?" to which he replied, "I wear soft shoes a lot, really soft ones." rather than actually answering the question. This is a common behavior among people who want to deny something is true and yet are unable to do so (because it is in fact, true...). Instead they substitute something tangential as a distractor. Common in political debates as well. Definition is here.
