Just a quick update…… I will post the next installment of Charisma tonight

Just a quick update…… I will post the next installment of Charisma tonight. Additionally I rant he 2 mile today in a passing time. There were a lot of variables though (SGT Runsalot paced me, wind, no sit-ups before the run etc…) so I am unsure if I could do it on an actual PT test but it was nice to see the time inch down a bit.

That's excellent!  Good on ya!

Feels pretty good, doesn't it?

I don't think I could run 2miles to save my life.  Briskly walk, sure, but run, no way.  I have no cartilege in my knees.  Great job!

I am very proud of you, baby. Not too shabby for someone who has been on profile for a while. How are the knees holding up? Ice them up. You should also pry yourself from Dr. Atkins for an hour or two and give yourself a break.

Congrats! You must be feeling quite proud of yourself! Do you have to take an actual PT test anytime soon?

Way to go,son! I might be able to catch up with you soon. I am able to jog for an hour on my trusty mini rebounder. It has really improved my mobility and energy level. I posted my first blog today. I felt a bit unsure of how to start but I just did it with the thoughts that were on my mind. Keep up the good work.

Here's just a general question, since the issue of making a blog came up, what's this business about external URL. What am I supposed to put? How many points is it worth, and will it be on the test?

The external url cloumn just seems to insert a standard link. I never use it. I like the write these in a WYSIWYG editor like Atlantis Open Mind, save it as a web page and then open the file with notepad. I just cut and paste te whole mess of code in the article body and use the "pure HTML" mode. This ensures that it looks the same on the blog as it does in the word processor. I find the formatting options for articles using the native posting mechanism to be a bit inadequate.

Greywar, I followed your procedure about how to cut and paste from word processor etc. For my second article I wrote it in Word and then cut an pasted it and used the pure HTML mode. When the article was posted it did not look the same on the blog as it did in Word. There were no paragraph separations nor other composition features in the blog. Any more words of advice. Your articles look great. I am not familiar with Atlantis Open Mind. Does it have a grammar and spelling check?
